Change of mind

Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or simply no longer wanting an item. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Orders that never arrive

If your tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

How to report an issue

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
